Therapy that works for you — Online or in person
ABOUT
Junction Psychotherapy is an inclusive psychotherapy and art therapy practice in the west end of Toronto and online. Our depth oriented therapy includes skill development and goal setting. By tapping into their own creativity, clients draw on their innate strengths.
I work well with clients who are self aware, may have had therapy in the past, but feel stuck. They may be aware of how trauma from childhood impacted them, but are unsure of what to do next.
With over 25 years in the field, I work dynamically to help you understand your triggers, honing your insight as well as shoring up your strengths. We also focus on skill development— what can you do differently to change, to feel more empowered and grounded.
Want to engage with a dynamic process with a good listener? We will quickly get to the underlying issues of what and why you feel stuck, then help you make real changes. Your relationship with yourself and others will improve with meaningful self care and boundaries.

Whether you are working with me on-line or face to face, I believe creativity is key for healing, and more adaptive actions. Insights from role playing often brings awareness that was previously elusive. Art therapy may be more gentle than talking. Writing on line is surprisingly powerful: ever read heartfelt letters or journals? Thoughts are expressed perhaps more clearly and new information can be savoured as you will have a permanent record of our conversations.
